THE SPRING FESTIVAL

This year for the spring festival, an event organized by the school, the classes 3B and 3A have the task to look for recipes of some typical English/American sweets, to cook them and finally to sell them to people who want to taste the various dishes. Some of these sweets are pancakes, sponge cake, apple pie, cupcakes and scones with jam. Near the dishes you can read information about ingredients, preparation and history of the desserts.
